The successful candidate will be handling RubyPlay partners and leading a strong Account Management Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders across the business to define commercial priorities for the quarter/ year ahead.
  • Implement current and new processes to ensure that our account management team can grow the business most effectively.
  • Ensure the optimal process flow for fast & smooth operator onboarding with the account management team.
  • Ensure all requirements for the account management as well as commercial decisions such as relevant data, marketing assets and legal documents are adequately captured and met.
  • Coordinate and plan all game releases and ensure all relevant marketing materials are provided to stakeholders in a timely fashion. Furthermore, follow up on the feature release rollout for various markets with the account management team.
  • Gather data & report requirements and liaise with Senior Management to have these delivered and distributed.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and account management team on quarterly growth forecasts and its execution. 
  • Collect ideas for additional products, product features and other roadmap additions and support the creation of appropriate business plans.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality client, by qualifying and prioritising them efficiently and intelligently with the account management team. 
  • Develop and grow relationships with existing clients, by building business cases to facilitate decision making; ensuring ROIs are established and measurable.
  • Business negotiations and preparation of long-term strategic promotions. Setting up and developing the company’s account management strategy, KPIs and objectives by scaling the business, and growing revenue streams.
  • Develop, implement and execute a predictable, repeatable, and scalable end-to-end market entry plan with focus on revenue growth, profit, brand and customer
  • Active cooperation with marketing, legal and financial departments.
  • Handling uncertainties around business cases and looking for possible solutions that will ensure swift lead time for resolution.
  • Grow and manage the account management team and their monthly / annual targets and performance, by monitoring and analysing KPIs and metrics, reacting quickly to under performance and optimise activity accordingly.
  • Plan with account management team to attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions.
  • Work with senior business stakeholders to develop an effective and strategic budget to drive growth by leveraging your experience and industry knowledge to make high value recommendations.
  • Align with the New Market/Client Entry & Integration teams to ensure all roadmap as-well as revenue expectations are aligned & reliable.
  • Become an expert on Ruby Play Games’ product suite and utilize this knowledge to drive usage and awareness of our products within the clients’ brands.

  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail: In this pivotal role you will need to establish the right processes, ensure that all teams have access to relevant documents and tools, set deadlines and monitor adherence to timelines. You are meticulous and organized and have an eye for quality and detail.
  • Strong project management, communication and people skills: This role requires interaction with various teams across the company and strong influencing skills. Project management qualification and experience are advantageous but not a must. You enjoy leading projects, working with people and can align teams towards a common goal.
  • Working to the highest standards, even under pressure: You’re ambitious, hold yourself to high standards and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
  • Passion for i-gaming: You love games and want to be part of a winning team.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while also developing new business opportunities and leading a team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance topics & trends is of utmost importance.
  • Excellent & well documented track record of driving business and leading teams within the iGaming sector. 
  • An established and strong network of contacts amongst iGaming operators.
  • Strong business communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in working with JIRA, MS Office, CRM software/systems.
  • Experience in sales or equivalent is beneficial.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Any master’s degree or above is not mandatory but would be highly favoured. 
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
