As a Project Manager, you will lead projects and processes to ensure that our products are delivered on time and meet business objectives. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Our goal is to build a core team with productive structured processes and a positive environment, where people can reach their full potential.
What will you be responsible for?
- Align company’s goal and vision with teams’ tasks by setting clear priorities for the team
- Responsible for efficient project management of Products (including Budget and Resource requesting, Risk Management, and Reporting)
- Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Delivering projects of varying sizes, types, and complexity within the committed timeline in line with the roadmap
- Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Working in close connection with the Teams Leads
- Facilitate Scrumban ceremonies
What do we expect from our perfect candidate?
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of project management, understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work on team level & strategic level
- Strong knowledge in business, budgeting, and analysis domains
- Experience in working with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel
- Understanding of SDLC
- Upper-intermediate English
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Would be a plus:
- Experience in quality assurance or development
- Professional experience in the Gambling domain
- CSM or other Agile certifications
- PMP
