Responsibilities:

  • provides the installation, maintenance and operation of the new office equipment of the Company in accordance with the applicable procedures
  • provides technical support to the Company’s employees, provides technical and informational support
  • provides uninterrupted and high-quality operation, timely upgrades and maintenance of office equipment
  • controls the maintenance of technical documentation and documentation on the technical accounting of equipment and software of the Company employees
  • internal user support
  • covering all security issues of the Company
  • interacts with the suppliers of PCs, office equipment and software for the purchase of PCs, office equipment and software, and their subsequent service
  • infrastructure changes using Terraform and Ansible 
  • assist system state monitoring, incident response on development environment (Atlassian, JFrog)
  • building information security policy and its implementation

The most common tasks could be (but not limited to):

  • maintenance Linux & Windows 
  • maintenance network, application and handling other issues that may appear
  • administering database servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • take end-to-end ownership of various technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution
  • cooperation with R&D team and providing technical support for all team members

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in Technical Support Engineer role
  • experience administering Linux, Windows, MacOS and office software
  • knowledge of the hardware and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
  • knowledge of TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, NAT,  iptables
  • maintain up-to-date monitoring on all services, create/modify alerts
  • experience with CRM systems, JIRA, Confluence
  • excellent troubleshooting, problem solving skills (debugging, logs analysis)

Nice to have:

  • basic experience in writing bash scripts
  • experience administering database servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • experience with: 
    • cloud-based Infrastructure/GCP  
    • Gitlab
    • Docker
    • Terraform
    • Ansible
