Inside Firerose: RubyPlay’s dedicated studio for bespoke and branded content
Firerose is the latest studio to be launched by RubyPlay, a dedicated entity focused entirely on bespoke, branded and white-label game development.

“The decision to launch Firerose came from a clear challenge we’re seeing across the market. Operators were telling us that differentiation was becoming structurally harder, not because they lacked ambition, but because so much of the content available to them looked and played the same way, from the same providers. The lobby was becoming a commodity layer. As a result, we identified a gap in how suppliers were engaging with operators, creating a growing need for more distinct identity through content that reflects brands, audiences and market positioning. This wasn’t just about responding to a market need, but about formalising a dedicated capability within RubyPlay to lead this space at scale.”
